argh - why is all the fighting going on? why does everyone have to hate israel?? i still want to study abroad at ben gurion, but with the situation my only very few/occassional freak-outs about going abroad are getting a bit more frequent. and now i have to deal with everyone else freaking out too. i've already got people asking if i'm still going/what i'm going to do. i don't know what i'm going to do. while i don't want to just forget about israel and go anyways / regardless, i'm also not dumb enough to just ignore the fact that there is a significant threat there right now. and mika is still there. i know her trip is safe and that she's having the time of her life regardless of the situation, but i'm still worried about her. oy. why can't we all just get along???
on the plus side, i'm in nyc with cc. it's pretty awesome. and we happened to find the coca cola company. and obv. it was the highlight of my LIFE.
